Placing an order
Ordering online at Australian Footwear is quick and easy.
  1. Select the item and size of your choice
  2. Place it in the shopping basket and continue to check out
  3. Fill in your personal details
  4. Choose your favorite payment method
  5. Finish your order and you will receive a confirmation email
You choose the payment method you prefer out of a range of international and local payment methods:
  • Credit card (Visa or Mastercard)

  • iDeal (for Dutch customers)
  • Bancontact/MrCash (for Belgium customers)
  • Giro Pay

Cancel or change your order
You can cancel your order at Australian Footwear for free, when the order is not shipped out yet. Contact us through e-mail or by phone to cancel your order. When successfully canceled you will receive a confirmation email followed by the refund of your payment.

Return & refund
We offer you 45 days of return period, counting from the day of delivery. Within this period you are free to unpack and view your order. Make sure you do not use or damage the items. Please try to handle the packing carefully as well.

Returning your order is your responsibility. We cannot be liable for damaged or lost shipments. Make sure you use the correct return address. We advise to use a track-and-trace method for returning your parcel.

Cost of returning
Returning a parcel is at your own expense. If you return for guarantee or your order was damaged on delivery, we will cover the costs when your request is legitimate.
