Important Notice: Giropay No Longer Available
We would like to inform you that Giropay will no longer be available as a payment method on our webshop from June 28, 2024. This change is due to a decision by Paydirekt GmbH, the owner of Giropay. This means that we will unfortunately no longer be able to offer Giropay as a payment method after June 28, 2024. We recommend our German customers to use alternative payment methods. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancel or change your order

You can cancel your order at Australian Footwear for free as long as the order has not been shipped. Please contact us through email or phone to initiate the cancellation. Once successfully cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email, and your payment will be promptly refunded.
