45 days return period
You have the right to withdraw your order for any reason whatsoever for 45 days, starting at the day your parcel has been delivered. Of course you may unpack your order to check and fit. Make sure you do not use or damage the items, otherwise we cannot accept your return. Please try to handle the packing carefully as well. Returning a parcel is your responsibility. We cannot be liable for damaged or lost shipments. Make sure you use the correct return address. We advise to use a track-and-trace method for returning your parcel.

Return costs
Returning a parcel is at your own charge. If you are returning it for warranty or if your order was damaged upon delivery, we will cover the costs if your request is legitimate. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

Received a wrong or damaged product?
Did you receive a wrong or damaged product? Please, contact our customer service department. We will try to search for a good solution with you and try to replace the goods to your satisfaction.

Do you have another complaint or would you like to tell us something? Please, send an e-mail to and let us know what your order number is and what the complaint is. Please, send always pictures of the damaged goods or the complaint with your e-mail. We try to get back to you within 1 workday.

You can register your order very easily in our return portal. The only thing you need to register your return is your order number and the e-mail address you used to place the order. The order number can be found in the confirmation e-mail you received. After you have followed the steps, a return label will be created. Print it out, stick it on the shipping box and deliver your parcel to the required parcel point.

Please note! Always add the packing list to the return shipment so we have all details of your order. We need this to process your return properly and quickly. If you no longer have the packing list, please add a form with the order number of your order. Keep your proof of delivery until we have processed your return.

We will refund your money in the same way you chose to pay for your order. If you paid by iDeal, Bancontact or another direct bank transfer, we wi.ll refund the money to your bank account.
