45 days return period

You have the right to withdraw your order for any reason within 45 days, starting from the day your parcel is delivered. Feel free to unpack your order to check and fit, but make sure you don’t use or damage the items, as this may affect our ability to accept your return.

Ensure careful handling of the packaging. Returning a parcel is your own responsibility, and we cannot be held liable for damaged or lost shipments. Please use the correct return address, and we recommend to use a track-and-trace method when returning your parcel.

Return costs

Returning a parcel is at your own expense. The costs of returning products through the return portal are €7,33.

Received a wrong or damaged product?

If you received a wrong or damaged product, please contact our customer service department at questions@australian-footwear.com, including your order number and details of the complaint. Always attach pictures of the damaged goods or provide details of the complaint with your email.

We will work with you to find a solution and aim to replace the goods to your satisfaction. We will cover the shipping costs if your request is legitimate.

Returning

You can easily register your return on our return portal.

 
All you need to create your return shipment is your order number and the email address you used to place the order. The order number can be found in the confirmation email you received. You are responsible for the cost of returning a parcel. The cost of returning products through the returns portal is €7.33.

Once you have followed the steps, a return label will be created. Print this out, stick it on the shipping packaging and drop off your parcel at your preferred parcel point.


Please note!

Always include the packing list in the return shipment so that we have all the details of your order. This is necessary to process your return correctly and quickly. If you no longer have the packing list, please include a form with the order number of your order. Retain your proof of delivery until we have processed your return.



Refunds

We will refund your payment using the same method you used to pay for your order. If you used iDeal, Bancontact, or another direct bank transfer, the money will be refunded to your bank account. For credit card payments, the refund will be credited to your credit card. If you used PayPal, the refund will be processed to your PayPal account.
