Can I cancel an order?
If your package is not yet in the shipping process, the order can be cancelled free of charge. To find out if it is possible to cancel the order please call our customer service during office hours. Unfortunately, this is not possible on weekends. If the package is already in the shipping process, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
I haven’t received an order confirmation. What should I do?
It may take several minutes for the order confirmation to arrive. It’s also possible that the email landed in your spam folder or your promotions folder. Please check both of these.
Not receiving the order confirmation can also be caused by entering a wrong email address. This has no impact on the shipping of your order. Once the payment has been processed you can be sure the order was completed successfully. Should you have any doubt about whether the order was processed correctly, please reach out to our customer service.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Do you order on the weekend? Orders placed before Sunday 3:00 PM will be shipped that day!
The delivery time on orders outside the Netherlands varies but is usually 1-3 working days. After sending your order, you will receive a track-and-trace code with which you can follow the shipment. This email describes how you can check this.

Orders over 50 euros will be shipped free of charge. For orders under 50 euros, 4.95 euros shipping costs will be charged.
