How can I return an item?

You can register your order very easily in our return portal. The only thing you need to register your return is your order number and the e-mail address you used to place the order. The order number can be found in the confirmation e-mail you received. After you have followed the steps, a return label will be created. Print it out, stick it on the shipping box and deliver your parcel to the required parcel point.

Please note! Always add the packing list to the return shipment so we have all details of your order. We need this to process your return properly and quickly. If you no longer have the packing list, please add a form with the order number of your order. Keep your proof of delivery until we have processed your return.

Are there any costs for returning?

Als je voor garantie terugkeert of als je bestelling bij aflevering is beschadigd, dekken we de kosten wanneer je verzoek legitiem is. Neem hiervoor contact op met de klantenservice.

How will my return be refunded?

We will refund your money in the same way you chose to pay for your order. If you paid by iDeal, Bancontact or another direct bank transfer, we wi.ll refund the money to your bank account. If you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card. If you paid by PayPal, we will refund the amount to your PayPal account.
